A Peer Review is required for all CPA Firms which perform any engagement(s) covered by Statements on Auditing Standards (SAS), Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services (SSARS), Statements on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAEs), and Government Auditing Standards (Yellow Book).

The Firm of Kenneth M Daniels CPA undergoes a system review in which the reviewer expresses an opinion on whether the Firm has designed its system of quality control in accordance with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) quality control standards and has complied with its quality-control policies and procedures.
